theyll only catch when you try to wind the coils down past the tyre height, then just take the helpers out.
wierd about the staggered, because lots of cars came standard like that
Staggered isn't legal up here.. And yeh I do realize spacers aren't legal but they're easy to get rid of if need be.
Also a little worried they'll catch on the front.

Haven't put the kw's on yet. They're sitting waiting for a time when I have time. But you'll be the first to know when they're on

So you could put wider on the rear if you want.Originally Posted by http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au
That would limit the tyre width to 292.5 on a Golf, as the widest OEM was 225.Originally Posted by http://www.tmr.qld.gov.au
This is only based on the car mods guide. There maybe more info elsewhere.

my 245 looked wide. a 275 or something on a mk4 would be insane!
ahh carefully worded i see.. oh well could've run staggered.. anyway, purchased these this morning.. should see them sometime next week.. also purchased some m14 27mm chrome conical bolts from the states for $40. bargain.
cheers for the info dylan, i'm trying to regain some handling back so it wont be that low so it shouldnt catch.. we'll see if i need spacers when the time comes..
