Not what i expected!

Hey guys so I was looking to put bora A/C vents into my MKIV Golf and i found this bora for wrecking on ebay

I asked him how much for the air vents, I paid what he wanted and he sent them off, they arrived yesterday only to find the 4 vents, with 3 of the 4 horizontal splits, and 1 was broken.

1 vent with the outer face and other three don't have theirs! So i messaged the guy and he basically said he will only refund me the broken vent, not the one even missing the horizontal splits, and the faces are extra and I'm lucky I got one with the face on it! This guy is one of those people you just have dealing with in life!

How do I upload pictures to give you guys a better look at my situation?

that sucks!
sign up to photobucket or a hosting site similar, upload the pics to there, then past the [img] codes.
can be a bit of a pain but good to store all your pics in library's

if you paid a lot for them id be chasing your money back.
be such a pain trying to hunt down and repair of the missing/broken bits, just be easier to buy them brand new or go to the wreckers your self i think

Did you pay with PayPal or credit card ?
You may be able to get you money funds back claiming the goods are "not as described or fit for purpose"

Hey guys I paid through bank transfer and it cost me $50 for all of this, ive rang around some wreckers nd vw boras are hard to find in wreckers here in SA :/

I can't stand people who insist on selling broken parts.

i was either broken before or during delivery, but even so not even contacting me back about the parts that are missing now.

That's dirty, $50 for a set of vents in that condition...

Try "Golf Loon" on the forums, he may have them.
