No swaybar mount on new coilovers

    Hey all,

Unlike the fwd mk4s the 4mo's mount the sway bar links to the strut and not the wishbone. My new fk streetlines have all the right mounts for abs and brake lines etc, but no love for the sway bar.

I would prefer to have a sway bar so you uber low folk dont need to say 'just take it out'

I could cut the mount off the stockers and weld it on the coilovers but that makes me nervous.

I could put in the whiteline fwd sway bar i have here that i bought by accident and then use fwd end links to mount to the wishbone.

Or? What else could i do?

    Thanks all for the help!

    Christian

do we know if the rears fit...? must be mk4 fronts. as bug racer said, check the rears to see if the top mount is the same as yours
unless that is a first gen whiteline sway or unless you plan to run at close to stock height DO NOT put that sway bar in. they are a great performance upgrade (so i believe anyways) but do not work on lowered cars, even the 50mm they suggest on the website

Thanks guys, I have emailed FK directly as well as the vendor to see if I have ordered the wrong set. I hope not, been waiting for months.
