New wheels for my GTI

Hi Folks,

New to this forum, hoping to get some friendly advice on a set of wheels for my GTI.

The car sits aggressively low, already have 18" rims (AUDI RS4 style (9spoke with VW emblem) 18x I ran over a pothole causing damage to the inner side of the rear wheel hence has a crazy wobble.

Gives me the opportunity now to add life back to the little car again, so wanting to buy a new set of wheels.

I had in mind BBS CH-R 18x8 but the price of these knocked my socks off, almost fainted and cost more than the car is really worth.

Anyway I was thinking of a set of Enkei Raijin 18x8 either in Matte Black or Silver..

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Looking to spend around $2K (for rims only)..

Those enkeis look the goods. Any idea on weight?
Have you looked at normal CH rather than the r?
