Do it. Every car benefits from upgraded swaybars.
Hi everyone,
I recently acquired a Bora V6 4motion [awesome fun by the way] and was looking through the forum for some advice on whether it is worth putting a swaybar on the 4motion - I know it helps front-wheel drive, but given 4motion already has Automatic Stability & Traction Control?? Is there any “real-world” benefits? I've seen that whiteline and neuspeed have kits to suit - what do you guys recommend?
Cheers,

I would argue that the Haldex controller that operates the power distribution fore aft will be a better initial mod for a 4motion. Search "haldex" to find out more on this site.
Welcome!
Hi,
Swaybar definatly helps, I have a whiteline adjustable blade type. Great mod and cheap to.
Haldex controllers are the best "Bang for buck" mod for the Bora's. There is a thread about a haldex group buy, you might be to late to get on though.
Also, dont overlook tyres.
Thanks for the information guys. I hope I can get on the Haldex buy [if not I'll check it out anyway]. Qsilverza - you feel a whiteline is better value than the neuspeed? And you mentioned tyres [I've still got the Michelin Pilots - 30,000km old] - what would you recommend?
