New clutch, discs, lower trans mount

Hello everyone i have done a full inspection at the dealer and i am looking at replacing a few part on my mk4 1.6 now.

i have found rear discs for $50 each and pads set for $60
    aftermarket clutch kit for $295
    rear tail light for $95
are these good prices? and where do people recommend to buy these parts from?

however i am having problem finding a low trans mount? i found something on "dubaddiction" called BFI MK4 Stage1 Preassembled Dogbone, is this the same part bc it looks the same and what experiences have ppl had dealing with this site? Those this mount usually get worn on this model?

    thanks guys

Dub Addiction is reputable, you'll be fine with them. Make sure you let them know your model particulars so they match the right parts to your car (they'll be more than happy to).

The dogbone mounts do tend to go, yes.

FYI, i got the yellow BFI dogbone mounts and i found them too harsh for the road, so i returned back to stock.
Though my stock mount needs replacing so i'm looking for a compromise now, so thinking of going the 034 motorsport street dogbone

Plenty of them are ****ty quality too, and end up fading/cracking quickly. eBay can be great, but it can be bad too...

That's what I've got - engine, gearbox and dogbone, they're a good compromise.

yeah i didnt like anything on ebay i found two tinted lights for 80 but they r in syd and im in melb and the guy doesnt havent time to post them. ill be there next week to i might jst wait till then and get them.

as for the dogbone does anyone know if the dealer sell the bushing (inserts) on the own? and how much? much whole car jerks when i let go of accelerator and when in idle u can feel the car shaking more than normal so if even if change to BFI ones shouldnt there be improvements? im assuming my stock bushing are completely worn btw

    cheers guys

Car shaking at idle doesn't sound like dogbone - that generally has an impact when you rev.

For vibration at idle I'd be getting the engine/gearbox mounts checked.

yeah i thought it might be the case but ive done a full vw dealer inspection and only the lower trans mount is worn so im trying to find inserts in melb. the idleing could jst be my too fussy ahaha but the main prob is when i let go of accel the car jerks

also does any1 know how to fix a open heater circuit for drivers side external mirror? is there some sort of plug or fuse? i didnt even know there was an antifog feature for the mirrors thats a sweet bonus

I have also gone with 034 Street Density engine mounts and for something different, I used the ECS dogbone mount bushes (3 pack) which are meant to be harder than the 034 Track density dogbone and yes I go get some dash vibrations (noticeably more with the AC on) but I wouldnt say its a nuisance or irritating. Having said that, I still have a spare 034 Track density dogbone mount in my cupboard happy to go to a good Mk4 home
