Welcome to the forum mate, nice choice of car, go find some nice winding roads and enjoy. We all love our MK4's here, warts 'n all, I'd have one over a Commodore any day.

the national park is great fun. great twisties, just dont go too hard or have too hard a suspension set up... there's some crap tarmac in places.

I haven't been in the area long but funnily enough I got the "Nasho" tip from Charlie Cox (new top gear presenter). He said it was his fave haunt back when he was a Gymea revhead.
The RNP might be good as I need something nice close to home for early morning blats. Have previously lived in Bathurst (some amazing roads there + Mt Pan and near Hornsby (old Pacific Highway + parks) and enjoyed drives there.
Nothing (IMO) beats the Bells though. I had an *ahem* memorable dawn run to Lithgow recently in dad's Jetta... I only met two cars in the whole trip.
I picked up the new beastie tonight, took it for a fang and had time for a few quick pics.
I think I'm in love...
Very nice man. What year is it?

Turbos are fantastic.
They really make our Aussie stuff feel ancient, don't they? Being a 2001 model did you get the trip computer on the dash?
