Oh right didn't notice that at all!

    didn't the mk2's have a funny 45' exhaust tip?

Nice car again... Whats the rev limiter set at for that 2.0l? Mines chipped, apparently... I only notice it after 2nd.

thanks guys for the warm welcome to the forum.
have been cruizing through all the threads and you seem like a great bunch of people will have to meet up with some of you at the shows.
It took me a while to like the new beetle shape myself, after owning a 75beetle and restoring it, i knew i needed a reliable daily driver and knowing i couldnt get myself out of volkswagens i started looking at the new beetles and when i saw this one i knew i had to have it

    cheers jess

They're off the older RS4. Very popular with A3/A4/All VW owners!

Had a look at the beefy Beetle last night down at the local servo. Must say the bodykit makes the Beetle look supremely aggressive. Especially from the rear with that wing and center mounted exhaust. The wheels just finish everything off nicely.
Very nice vehicle Jess and good to meet you.
    Cheers,

Thanks for the comments on the bug, we agree it looks tough too. But i'd be more then willing to hand over jess's keys for a trade with your R32
Not a problem mate. Customers are a pain aren't they. :p
Does Jess know you're offering for the swap? If the guys discussing brake pads have finished parting out my car maybe I'll take you up on that offer too.
