    Final Details

OK I have talked as much as I can with the supplier with options, how pricing works, how shipping is calculated.

    Cost:

**All prices approx in Australian dollars (unlesss otherwise marked) and are converted using xe.com. Does not take into account currency conversion fees or fluctuating value of the Dollar**

    Complete Intercooler Kit : $185 (+ $15 bar & plate) + $175 Shipping = $360 (tube & fin) / $375 (bar & plate)

    Pipe/Hoses/clamps only Kit: $120 + $120 shipping = $240

The price of the Intercooler and pipe kits are fixed unless greater than 10 units are purchased. Further discounts can be applied to bulk shipping to the one address.

    0kg - 15kg : 8.6usd/kg
    15kg - 30kg : 8.2usd/kg
    30kg - 45kg : $7.80usd/kg
    45kg - 100kg : $7.49usd/kg

    Approx weights:
    Intercooler Kit: approx 15kg
Pipe Kit: Approx 4kg (However priced at 10kg due to box dimensions)

So i you live nearby to 2 or more people that want the intercooler kit, you will benefit from reduced shipping costs.

    Powder coating:

Minimum of 5 people wanting black powder coating for them to consider worthwhile doing.
From own research, its not recommended to powder coat the actual intercooler as it will decrease efficiency by a small percentage. But completely up to the person purchasing.

5 orders conducted by the same person, but being sent to 5 individual addresses still qualifies for the powder coating deal.

Sorry I have struggled to create a downloadable link with one drive. Figured out how to do it now.

Update: Not sure if anyone cares due to the lack of responses. I am not ordering this kit anymore due to the 2" piping and 2" inlet/outlets on the intercooler .

I am having an intercooler made by another company with the same 550x140x65 specs but with 2.25" inlet/outlets and either louvered or staggered fins. I haven't made up my mind yet. The piping will also change to 2.25" and routed like the CTS intercooler.

Not exactly what I wanted but it will have to do. Ill detail my install when I get around to it.
