I was looking at the ECS XAS for the intake, about the same price as the modshack but the ECS might pull in a bit more cool air especially as this is a daily driver and I work in the CBD so peak hour traffic. For the exhaust I was looking at the milltek, it sounds quite nice but then again so does the R32. Can anyone say which drones more at cruising speeds ?

Welcome! Good purchase mate, it was really well looked after and a great car when I had a ride in it. Make sure that you come to some of the upcoming meets too, always good to meet new car people.

That's a top quality unit you bought there!

One of the nicest Bora's around - a real credit to the previous owner.

I am local and have a stock R32 exhaust, if you end up going that way with exhaust mod. The R32 can have the extra option of being set up quiet or loud with it's extra bypass valve.

I am actually leaning toward a 2.5 miltek cat back, the car will be a turbo build (towards the end of the year) so thanks for all the offers of R32 units but performance parts are what is needed. The car will always remain a street registered machine but is headed for the SWQ sprint series in the AWD category for some legal fun.

So a haldex is a required unit
