Hi all,
Sorry for the double post.
Anyone ever experienced any mould build up and moisture problems inside their bora?
Is there a known problem with certain seals?
My car has been sitting in the backyard for a couple of months and I recently opened it to find a science conference worth of mould living on the inside. It's everywhere - all over the drivers seat, steering wheel, drivers seatbelt, rear driverside seats, roof, gearknob and handbrake. Rather gross and stinks too.
I ask because before I bought this car, I remember inspecting anouther one that had 1" of water under the drivers seat. I put that down to be a unique issue to that car, but now I'm seeing the entire interior ridden with mould and anything left inside the car having moisture by the morning, that maybe these cars have water sealing problems?
So do these cars have moisture problems?
Where do I look?
And any advice on how to get rid of the mould incl. cleaning the leather?
I don't want to sit inside the damn thing.
Cheers!

Bleach usually takes care of those sorts of living organisms, but I don't know how well your upholstery will take to it.
Does the car have a sunroof, and are the drains in the A and B pillars blocked?
