Easy to stand outside the circle and criticize. Much harder to get involved and change things.

perhaps you should lay off a few and read to what i was saying buddy.. we were just talking ****, hence bbq comments etc. wasnt pointing any fingers or saying anything directly to you or anyone else for that matter.
