Is this the best method for removing a mkiv front bumper ? Its the only one I have been able to find online.

I want to replace my driving lights/park lights with leds and also checkout why sometimes my passenger hid headlight sometimes doesn't fire up.

This is for a mkiv r32

just crack into it and give it a go. shouldnt take you very long!
