    GIAC user here.

    As mentioned most tunes available are all similar, comes down to your preference.

    My experience with GIAC 98 tune with CAI:

    - Removed flat spot in 3500rpm range.
    - Torque range from stand still is phenomenal
    - Improved fuel economy (480-550 per tank).
    - Most importantly a few more HP's. Nothing dramatic, but enough to put a smile on your face.
    - High idling upon starting up the car (usually in the morning or haven’t used the car for a few days).

    If UM (United Motorsport) tunes were available here, I would switch as I heard VG reviews on the vortex forums....

    Justin "dainese" has an APR tune on his .:R, which is very nice when I drove it, but GIAC is a bit more aggressive = fun.
