    Question MK4 R32 Goodies.

Has anyone had any luck getting the Key rings from VW.

I know they should have been sent out to the owners after the sales garage passed on the info of purchase to VW Australia. But I do know this did not always happen for one reason or another !.

I know I have contacted them (VAG AUS) and got the run around and been passed between pillar and post (more likely desk to desk in the same office) only to get no where.

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with there hunt for Items.
Or if anyone might know a good friendly contact in VAG AUS that might actually get up off their office chair and ask questions and try to sus out what happened to those that were not sent out have a look in the cupboard which might have them stashed in! to help out a Veedubber of the R32 clan………

I know they are out there !!!

    Here's hoping.

    Matt.

    Matt.
I got them all when I purchased the car new in Feb 2004, in saying that I met the car as it was unloaded off the transporter so as no tech could pinch the pen

The Umbrella and Key Rings were sent to original owners shortly after purchase and I got mine a week or so later with the car number engraved etc as per the pictures.

Thanks mate we had a blast, really looking forward to Targa Tasmania this year being the 20th anniversary and all.

If you guys wanted to get them made up by a jewler or similar for your cars I'd be happy to lend one of them out so they could be copied, prefer someone in Brisbane to arrange it so I dont have to send it away and never see it again. They are a piece of Billet Aluminium, quite heavy with the R logos stamped in the back and then the words on the front and engraving of the numbers with a swivel for the ring part. Better be quick though they might be gone with the car for a new project sooner rather than later

Not trying to be blunt, but why would VW care? They probably made only two hundred kits and that was six years ago.

Sorry I'm not going to send them to someone I don't know, hence why I would prefer someone in Brisbane, no offence meant. I'll see what I can come up with in regards to photos this weekend if I get a chance.
