1999 MK4 Gti Trans Oil - capacity?

hi there

after having some absolutely freaking ****house oil put in my trans last service, im going to replace it tomorrow with a premium such as redline to fix the noise, notchiness and all round bad perfoming crap in there now...

just wondering how many litres are needed to fill the MK4 Gti transmission?

also, any tips/suggestions on getting doing this? first time at home servicing on the golf so not sure what to expect

I bought 3 x 1L Motul Gear Oil, ended up using about 2.1L.
