    mk4 gti recaro issue

Hi fellas, quick query, after i had an upholster redo the bolster in my drivers seat i have back/forward/up/down motion in the rails.
has anyone had this issue? it's really annoying me. i've tried some fixes that were on vortex to no avail so now i dont know what to do. i've also replaced the rollers with new vw parts. didnt work either, it feels as though the movement is not the rails but where the seat sits on the frame (if that makes sense)
    ?!?

Why don't you take it back and get them to fix what they broke?

Are you able to remove the seats and wiggle everything? See where the slop is?

Make sure to follow precautions re: airbags.

Yeh I took them out the other day. Looks like I'll have to again to find where it's coming from properly. Grr

I re-did the bolster on my drivers seat. I didn't really do it professionally but pretty much stripped the seat to where I could repair the bolster and make it better i.e. more hold so higher bolsters heheh.

It took a long time, but basically I removed the leather than I had a bag full of different types of foam sizes and densities and just picked what I though would be best. I think it worked out really well, while foam glue from clarke rubbe the bolsters where higher than ever and really taut.

It was a while ago when I did the bolster but it's easy to remove the seat and take a quick look under to see that everything is tight to the frame failing that they may not have bolted everything back together inside the seat.
