looking for adapters for cd stacker cable / stacker iso for grom ipod adapter kit

hi guys just wondering if anyone knows where i can get my hands on both of these adapters or a female 13 pin din to VW CD changer adapter Mini ISO female got a eurovox cd player which only the stock cd stacker cable works and trying to install the grom ipod interface kit also posted links as well in-case i didn't upload the pictures correctly
