mk4 golf vr6 australia?

I have searched here couldn't find a result. Now was the vr6 release here for the golf? i cant seem to find any on carsales, nor redbook so i'm assuming the golf didn't get the vr6 24v like the bora/jetta.

r32 is the closest to the vr6 you will find in Australia,

They also had TDI's and 4Motion GTI's, none of which made it to Australia.

However if your really lucky you will find 7 3 door Golf 1.6L here

ahh i thought so, only if they had vr6 for golf . Oh well guess a bora aint to bad either pretty awesome cars aswell.

That was a V6 4-motion, from the UK IIRC.
