My needle sweep test is normal, goes to 100, and I have a feeling that adjusting the impulse value won't be enough, however them gti impulse number is probably them one I am after
Could someone with a mk 4 gti, please give me their instrument code? I have put a 1.8 t into what was a 1.6 without changing the cluster, the end result is a speedo well out of calibration. This is because the cluster codings are different.
from the main menu go to 17 instruments and then to 7 coding and write down the codes please.
One of those is the one. If more than one member could do it then I can be sure of getting the correct one..
Thanks guys

How did you go Stan? I've just noticed my speedo is out after the engine swap too. About 12-15% slower on the speedo than the GPS I think.
