MK4 Bora - Disconnecting Audible Alarm

hey guys, just a quick one.

I have a donor vehicle that once or so a week I like to reconnect the battery, start it up and circulate some oil.

Problem is recently every time I do this the alarm goes off, sometimes it continues to go off minutes after I've switched the car off and d/c the battery..

Any idea's on how I can disconnect this thing?
