    MAF plug pins

Ive tracked down a few issues with the car to some dodgy wires/connection to the MAF. So i had the bright idea of ordering a new connection plug for the Maf and replacing the dodgy looking wires with new ones but what i didn't realize is that when i ordered the plug it doesn't come with the pins for the ends of the wires..... so what im trying to track down now is the pins for the end of the wires that clip into the plug.
this is what the plug looks like

Bosch 4 pin plug Part is 357972754

and this is what the pins im chasing look like

I have tried a few local electrical suppliers round town (jaycar, solex) but they cringe when i point out its for an automotive application....
Ive searched the ETKA software and it dosnt list them anywhere except for the complete harness which has a scary list price
So anyone had the same issue and what did you do to solve it and where did you get the bits

That plug part number is from a mid to late 90s Passat. You can extract those pins from the plugs with a small flat screwdriver. VW can get you t he bits I am sure, they might come with a length of wire attached.
