There is a member on here that has had probs with the gruven adjustable control arms.
Last I read, he was going back to stock. If I remember correctly, the welds fused. Basically they fell apart!

The standard shocks were RUBBISH from new. You really need to replace them if you're going to fit springs that are any stiffer than stock or the car will be severely underdamped, particularly in the rear.

Koni FSDs are a good option and not too expensive.

All you need are rear lower control arms, the ones in the link i posted. Jack up the rear of your car and take a look. They go from the diff to the bottom of the hubs

200 MK4 R32s brought into the country and even when you add the MK5s,TTs and Bora's, its not a massive market. TBH it's a bonus having to import it, you save a fortune.
