Sorry for not having uploaded a vid yet, its 100mb and i havent had the time to re-size it. Same with photos, i had intended on having them done yesterday but running around trying to find fuel line fittings ate up the whole day.

Fitted the fuel pump today, ended up putting it in a corner of the engine bay, it worked out to be the neatest and easiest place to put it. I've run a trigger wire from the standard fuel pump so it only runs when the stock pump is running.

I'm now starting to wonder if ordering the Superpro "race" dogbone bushing was a good idea... Looking at the exhaust i've put one section of it way too close to the chassis so really i should just fix that and the thumping will stop. I'm still keen to get a better bushing for the dogbone because the motor moves a crapload but maybe the Street / Sport one would've been a better choice. Ahh well we'll see, if it causes too much vibration i'll either swiss cheese it or sell it. Anyone potentially interested in a Poly Dog-bone Bushing?

Blue32bingo: I've been tinkering and pulling things apart since i can remember. I've never worked as a mechanic or fabricator and my dad has two left hands when it comes to anything mechanical but i've worked with cars ever since i've been driving and before that it was pushbikes so i guess you could say i'm pretty mechanically able. I've amassed a decent array of tools in the past years because i've looked at many jobs with the mindsed of if it costs x to pay someone to do it and costs y to buy the tools, if Y isn't unreasonable and its something i can do then why not buy the tools, do it myself and get the job done but get to keep the tools and experience to boot!

This project entailed me buying a tig welder and teaching myself to weld alloy and stainless. The total cost of the welding equipment was probably around 1.5k but its already paid for itself from the savings in labour as well as the capability it has given me to do other jobs. Also Argon is great for preserving open bottles of wine being an inert, heavier than air gas (same gas the pro's use)

Anyway Dyno is booked in for 9am tomorrow, i still dont have my Electronic Boost Controller so i'll have to make do with a bleed valve, hopefully it works! Wish me luck, i'm hoping for somewhere in the region of 350-400whp but time will tell!
