Looks awesome, good work on the car so far.
great stuff go the bora, she gets off the line really well and seem to have plenty of grip from the clutch. I couldnt dream of dumping mine that hard. I've been debating the single mass flywheel, sounds like there is a bit of chatter at idle, how do you find it?
the tow bar is a nice touch
Impressive biuld, however seems a walk in the park compared to some of your builds in the past I have read, such as taking a fwd car and making it awd turbo... P: Time for me to trade in the pulsar.....
you're a genius, mate. i actually like the angel eyes on it

So long time no update! That said i rarely get on the forums at the moment due to other commitments.
Anyway not much has changed at all really but i did chuck it on a 4wd dyno at a recent dyno day here in Adelaide. What i found surprising is that there is really bugger all difference between the power output in AWD and FWD. The Graph below has the AWD run in RED and the FWD run in Blue.
I suppose realistically when the fuse is pulled and the car's in FWD the transfer case, tailshaft and some of the haldex componentry is still spinning thus the only extra losses in AWD would be from rolling resistance of the rear tires + the rear diff and haldex components.
I was hoping to run more boost however i'm having some issues with either getting my boost controller tuned in right or the wastegate spring seems to be failing as can be noted by the gradual boost fall off. Either way i've been content with the power output so havent really bothered to tweak anything lately! Was interesting this time on the dyno as the torque hits so hard we had to re-strap the car down several times to prevent it wheelspinning
Cheers,
Rob
