    Ahh, ok cool.

So it's just the reds that have fake adjustability

awsome im glad to see everyones getting into this. i have thought about coilovers, but honestly i dont have $1500 to spend on em, and i would love an airbag ride, thats my dream. but again im poor as and compressing the springs for $200 sounds more suited to my funds. are there any more ideas. maybe some advice on good springs that match the shocks or anything, my mate was going on about kingspring supperlows. but i duno, id rather gather my advice off you guys

im not sure that kings do springs for anything except a falcodore. I dont think they are very good, i'd never put them on my car

King do springs for just about everything. And they're good enough that groups like DMS have them make the springs for their kit locally (and if you know anything about DMS, they're not the cheap side of town either).

You'd honestly be better off buying new springs that are set from the spring factory at the height you want - not a lot more expensive either - and well worth the extra expense for the improved quality.

IMO new springs will be another guessing game and you might be back where you started, it always is with springs. at least with compressing your existing ones you have a basis height to start from and you can say "I want them compressed 1 inch" and that the result you'll get.

Heightwise, sure. But you won't know their rate, which in the end is probably more important.

Most places that make springs publish "x cm lower than stock" figures.

At least no-one's suggested chopping yet...

This is an approximation though - my Eibach's state "UP TO 30cm" drop from stock. I only achieved 15 to 20 with the Pro-Kit....not that it bothered me as the main reason for new suspension was not lowering, it was performance.

Eibach Sportline are the springs to use if you want to go lower than the Eibach Pro-Kit. I would talk to a Koni rep and see what springs they recommend, but you wont get a straight answer as to how low it will go. You really need to know what springs you have in the car now as well
