    Looks like its coming in thru the door itself somewhere to get water there....unless you have MAJOR flooding inside.

    If the regulators in the door have been replaced then the metal inner liner might not be sealed properly against the door skin now.

    I have heard water getting in thru the mirror mount too. Water can run in along the wires from the mirror motor into the area behind the door trim, so it would end up on the door jamb like that.

    Or it is the door seal itself as others have said.

    Check the drainage holes in the bottom of the driver's door. 90% sure that there'll be a blockage there.

    They look like this, on the bottom edge of the inside part of your door:



    Use some fuse wire or similar to push anything out. When they fill up, water will start to come out through other parts of your door.

    Which leads me back to - Water test the thing. Sit inside and have a 2nd person hose it for a while till you see ingress
