So 9:1 is good for me and I may pick up rods, clutch, diffs later when want to run over 20psi but I'll wait till I get back to the Us to build a forged bottem end.
ok all sounds ok! wat hps will you get at 20psi? or wat psi will you start from?

I'm going to start with 10psi and work my way up but no more than 18psi until I get home and build a forged bottom(rods,pistons/rings,Apr or sms rod bolts. The 630cc injectors max out at 18psi at 100% duty cycle and thats 536Hp to the wheels. Im going to start with 440cc injectors and run them at 80-90% duty cycle and see how that goes. If I'm not happy with Unitronic software I'll switch to the C2 500 program

Nope-head work and cams are usless at those power levels- I thought about head work and cams before I talked to Alex@Vagmotorsports and told me dont waste my money, Since I was going FI he would help me build my kit for the R since they have built alot of turboed R32s and the shop cars for Unitronic-he said head work and cams are more for if your going to keep the car Na.

Interesting....you would think havin the heads breathing nicer that the turbo would spool easier....eg.

like you running around the block with a straw in you mouth an then swapping using a condue pipe...i know which one i would rather breath through

    nice stuff JLT anyways

wheeew got some parts in.. I cleaned the head all up a few weeks ago and just reinstalled it with a C2 head spacer and new head bolts, gaskets. I installed the exhaust manifold and turbo and wastegate. Im waiting on a oil relocation kit for the oil feed line to the turbo inlet port and my pullies. I'll start bending the hard lines for vac, oil , water tomarrow and install the vac block.
