Awesome fitment and wheels Jed. Perhaps a set of front & rear spacers??
I love these cars, wish I had one seriously.

Haha unfortunately I am not willing to risk losing my insurance over a pair of rear spacers :( Despite the fact that they would look awesome lol

It'll be fitted up with the help of a mate on Friday afternoon. So hopefully it'll be on for Happy Laps on Saturday morning :D
Only problem is... it didn't come with a cold air feed pipe/tubing :( All the pictures suggest it would. BUT apparently not an included part and cannot be bought separately.
So what do you guys think I should make a Cold Air feed out of? And where do I buy the stuff from?
Jed
Silocone piping from Supercheap/Autobarn/Repco/Bunnings?
Yeah I had a look at super cheap and its crazy expensive from there and probably not quite as wide as I'd like it. Might see if bunnings or someone has it :)
Anyone know where I can get that flexible tubing stuff from? I saw someone with it a while back, was quite thin from memory but heat resistant. I think it may have been 'Aerograde' or 'Aerospace grade'... not sure though
Hit up Gavin and see where het gets his from?
Great idea!
So last Thursday night with the help (slash he worked, I supervised) of 2000MN I installed my Simota Racing Intake. What a noise!
It sounds great to start with, nice and bassy induction noise. You can't hear it below 3000rpm or under half throttle, which is great for when you're cruising around etc.
Currently I'm just using the stock air feed pipe, however soon I'll replace this with flexible tubing to draw air up from the passenger side from bumper grill.
I've also noticed a slight increase in torque and a big increase in response ;)
Very happy with the purchase, it looks great too mind you.

That looks a bit flash Jed ;)
Yeah anything Carbon Fibre gets you an instant 20KW ATW :P hehe
It sounds nice, and for the price I think it was a reasonable option. Definitely helps the engine breath more and response is greatly increased ;)
