Thread: It's turned cold and wet and my heater doesnt work!!

    EDIT:
    OK I just ran the diagnostic scan and found a 30b and 4fa error (outside temp sensor and recirc flap servo)
    I then ran the actuator test as per the .pdf and it seems to have cleared the 4fa error but the temp sensor will need looking at when I get the chance
    Tomorrow will tell once the car is warmed up.

    Those two faults should not effect heat entering the car. The recirc flap motor is common fault after a few years depending on age and a prick to Change!!! it can be done just removing glovebox and looking up the side of the evaporator but very fiddly with the clips and control rods good luck!!! As for your heat problem it's worth checking the two hoses that come out of the evaporator(heatercore)for heat if one side is not hot you may have blocked heater core!!!
