It's going to be a busy weekend!

I have reserved this weekend to work on my car, just a few things to do:

    1. Replace O2 sensor
    2. Replace coolant sensor
    3. Run a VAG-COM check and reset codes
    4. Swap wheels front to rear
    5. Fit my new VWWatercooled sticker
    6. Try and clean the gunky black plastic piece around the gear shift
    7. Clean and treat the leather
    8. Take photos of my reversing camera install and how it looks on the screen

Hopefully I can tick all those off on Monday morning!

Anyone else working on their car this weekend?

sounds easy bud - why don't you grab a cleaning kit (leather and paint) from CCP and get to work on the outside of the car too?

It is too cold and damp to get a good finish on the outside, besides as soon as I go out it will be filthy again. That sort of effort will be reserved for the spring.

    Quite a successful weekend:

    1. Replace O2 sensor <- Didn't have the right tool and no fault code from this now anyway, postponed
    2. Replace coolant sensor <- Check!
    3. Run a VAG-COM check and reset codes <- Check, nothing to reset though
    4. Swap wheels front to rear <- Check!
    5. Fit my new VWWatercooled sticker <- Check!
    6. Try and clean the gunky black plastic piece around the gear shift <- Check!
    7. Clean and treat the leather <- Check!
    8. Take photos of my reversing camera install and how it looks on the screen <- Hmm, forgot this.

    Also added:
    9. Disabled seatbelt reminder chime
