Interior lights, electric windows, sunroof = not working :(

    Hi all, been a while.

So in my infinite wisdom as I was replacing my globes in the rear lights I thought to myself I had done a magnificent job. Little did I know that after doing this that my interior lighting didn't work until dark when after congratulating myself with a drink... I couldn't see *****. This morning I went to wind my windows down and it didn't work. Not happy Jan. I then went for the sunroof... no chance.

For the life of me I can't find a fuse that's blown (or I'm looking at the wrong bloody ones).

Anyone know what the fark it is ????

Might be worth running a VAG-COM check to see what your Comfort Control Module is reporting (as I believe it controls the behaviour of all of these items).

Whereabouts in Sydney are you located?
    Nothing to see here...

you didnt some how fit the wrong bulbs on did you ............... this sort of wierd crap happens when you do that. if the bulbs were hard to put in, or if you forced them in, and it didnt feel right. your prob could be in the body control module too? sounds unlikley though. Sounds like a bulb related problem.

Something very similar happened to me recently, managed to short out the circuit against the back of the light inside the boot. Windows stopped working too.

Ended up being one of the 10A fuses (red) #14 I think. When you look at the fusecard sticker & the actual board, it's like a mirror image - took a while to work it out (with a mate too!)
