Ignition Problems after short trip

G'day guys,

Somewhat new problem with the mk4, basically the car always starts first go normally no matter how cold outside at night etc.

However as off recently after a 10minute trip (just long enough for it to heat up) to the bank, when i want to drive back home after a 3-5minute banking session the car doesn't start on the first go 'normally'.

Basically with one turn off the key it feels like it takes 3x longer for it to 'start' and feels like its on 2 cylinders for about 3 seconds after it does start.

Anyideas what the problem could be? Ignition coil pack? Starter motor? Some sensor?

New sparks / leads / battery / major service has all been done.
