If i wanted to put in a gti turbo?

Hey guys well ive got an MK4 2.0 sport and ive noticed many gti turbos going for sale, if i wanted to put one in my car, does that mean i would have to revamp the whole engine, change the manifold etC?
or is there an easier way to do it?

Just sell the car and buy a GTI... Much easier.
