Damn dude, they look fantastic![]()
I've not been convinced with the RS4 split-spoke design on the Bora (prefer the previous 9-spoke model) but they actually look pretty damn good! Props to you, Sir

What rubber did you go with?
My Mum's Passat has the OEM +1 option (17x7.5) on 45 series and it is a big improvement over stock. I didn't find the ride compromised at all, not crashy or uncomfortable either.
How're you finding these ones so far?

I was pleasantly surprised at the difference going to the 225/45-17 made to Mum's Passat, without compromising ride or noise. She runs Pirelli Dragons.
I've driven on 40 series before (as my GF has 215/40-17 Kumho 711s on her Corolla) and I don't find the ride particularly harsh. Not as plush as 55 series of course, but hardly uncomfortable.
