    I'm part way there!

    It would appear so!

    (Better pics coming, I promise!)

    Details of the car now:

    2003 Bora V6 4Motion
    • 22mm Front Sway Bar
    • Blue Haldex Controller
    • Short (but not stubby) aerial
    • New clutch and flywheel
    • R32 Brakes with braided lines
    • K-Sport Coilovers
    • INA "Street" Dogbone Mount
    • 17" OZ Aristo (VW "R-Line") wheels

Once the coilovers settle down, I'll have the front dropped a tad and the rear raised up to match (the back's too low at the moment).

I'm pretty happy with it right now (other than the fact the clutch and flywheel failed, but that's wear & tear on a 90,000km 150kW AWD car)...

Some better shots (excuse the dirt, it's rained for two days, car needs another tub):

    Right Side:

Front Wheel, can see caliper/rotor size, they only just fit!:

Front Wheel/Caliper, showing just how close they are!:

Rear Wheel, showing suspension height and slotted rotors, slotted fronts are coming!:

Rear view (shows that right-side suspension is probably not as low as it looks):

Best shot of the day - rears are sitting *way* inside the guards, though that's partially due to excess camber:

The car looks great mate, I love the de-badged boot. What did you use to take the badges off, anything special?

Yeah, I think the debadged boot is great - really helps with the sleeper look.

DMS Dan did the work for me - combination of a heatgun to warm up the adhesive and some fishing wire to slice through it - then some goo-off/similar to remove what was left of the adhesive, before he polished and waxed the car when he was detailing it.

Really not a difficult job (I just got him to do it since he had the stuff and was working on the car anway).

I feel I should comment on the INA dogbone.

I've had it since the first GB here, but only just had it fitted.

The difference is hard to define - the car/gearbox/chassis just seem more "connected" - there's less give or pause due to movement of components in relation to each other as you apply power - the car just goes when you tell it to (as long as the clutch doesn't slip - another story! ).

I have the street bushes, and there's a noticeable but not at all excessive increase in harshness - you hear and feel a little more of the engine/gearbox (and feel more connected to the car as a result). I noticed a similar feel when I drove goodfella's car before I had my dogbone installed, but didn't recognise what it was from - the upgraded mount is almost certainly the cause.

    dogbone

I look forward to getting one for mine when I do the control arm bushes than !!! because that's one thing that bothers me is that the steering and feel is somewhat numb and my guess is that's partly due to the chassis and AWD system..

    Looking good mate.
Quick question with the brakes, did you buy them slotted or get them done at a machinist?
    Cheers,
