    HID's

I fitted HID's to my car a while back and one of my ballasts has just sh*t itself. Anybody have any idea where i can get one in TAS or VIC (or cheap postage). Its a 85V/35W RMS output.
The part number is LBM-HID-012003. Its for a H7 bulb.
Any help would be much appreciated.

It might be cheaper to just buy a new hid kit.

Pull the silly HIDs and go back to stock lights, you will stop blinding people and comply to the laws of the road also.

I'm sorry but have you seen my car? Unlike every other d*ck with HID's I actually bought proper projectors instead of the fitting HID bulbs to normal reflector lenses. I also made sure they were aimed at the correct angle so as not to blind anyone going the opposite way. These lights are far safer than the ones I had because I can actually see where I'm going on dark country roads in Tasmania. I have never been flashed by anyone to say they are too bright and I have driven opposite to friends in low cars and not a single one of them has ever said that they were blinded in any way. I am actually aware of how bright these lights are prior to buying them because I did do some research so I went over the top to make sure mine wouldn't cause a problem to other road users. I have sat behind police cars on the freeway in Victoria and as far as I'm concerned, if they dont pull me over and ask about the aftermarket headlights and why they are blinding people, they aren't blinding people. Especially with how strict the Victorian police are with P platers.

Every trip longer than 1km which at the moment isn't very often because I'm flat out living on campus at uni n just drive to the supermarket. I still give them a decent clean once a week even if I haven't driven it at all, and before and every trip in the dark.

Maybe you are the only one with non blinding hids. I'm yet to see a set that don't vibrate and spray glary light all over the place. At the end of the day if they dont meet adr then should not be used. Even jcar state not legal for road use.
Have you contacted the manufacturer? Most decent products have extensive parts networks.
