Help Please... Bora Rims

Hey Guys I am looking at buying these rims for my 2001 Bora 4motion



they are the 18" mkIV R32 rims... my questions to you guys are...

1) what do you guys think, will they suit the bora?

2) Do the mkIV golfs and boras share the same wheel offset?

3) Has anyone put 18" rims on a bora... if so any problems like needing to lower the car? or problems with wheel arches?

The reason for the questions is I am close to ordering the rims, as I'm in WA and ordering them from tempe tyres over east, I wanna make sure it's just a case of putting them on and thats it.

I had 19's on my car. They fit well and the car was lowered as far as it would go.(with coilovers). The front needed 5 mm spacers but back were fine. They are up for sale in the parts section if your interested. Good luck with the decision! Its not an easy one!

I was looking at the same wheels for my 4motion.... It would be good to see what they look like fitted. I am also toying at current RS4 replicas.

I've seen a couple of photos of boras with those rims on (try cardomain.com) and i think they look fantastic!!

i'm trying to picture a bora with RS4 rims.......yep.......yep........VERDICT: i reckon it would look nuts on RS4's and a bit of lowering.

yuk.....that kit looks horrible, keep the standard.

wheels look good but how big are those? they don't look any bigger than 17's

hahahah yeah i was talking about the rims, not much into kits anyways budget wouldn't allow it even if I did
