From memory the HID ones were just the headlights and a HID conversion kit sold together. But correct me if I'm wrong! I'm just going off memory from when I looked at them. Google 'Hella Celis problems' to bring up the faults with the lights, though mine have worked faultlessly so far.

Yeh I just had a closer look at tmtuning.com and they are selling Hella Celis, but they appear to be non-HID and then HID kits for about $125USD...Interestingly they don't say anything in the detail about having to be careful what headlights you put the HID kit in.

So I took a look at ecs for a complete OEM HID set-up... Volkswagen Golf IV 1.8T > Lighting > Headlights > OEM HID - ECS Tuning Inc - thats pretty damn expensive.

So at this stage I'm thinking about just picking up a set of normal Hella Celis - especially given the positive feedback people have about them.
