believe they are... not by much.
i think it was mcdub that found this out when he put new springs in his car and it didnt go any lower due to his springs a) being gti, and b) already sagging x amount of the years.
hey guys
just wondering, was the GTI suspension different to the other MKIV models, I'm mainly talking about the height, were they a tad bit lower?
I'm considering taking my coilovers out soon and making the car a bit more stock(ish), but I had a thought of putting GTI springs in.

From memory it's 20mm?
It's listed in the sales brochure.

03 MK4 GTI
94 993 Carrera
cheers guys
15mm lower I thought. Get H&R sports springs (35mm drop) or Eibach Prokit (30mm drop). I've got the Eibach and the car is still plenty high enough to look standard.

I've got the Eibach kit too, it looks a lot better than normal ride height for a 2.slow. Not much lower than a normal GTI height though.

depends if you look up 2lt or gti,
its never correct any ways, as your cars original springs have probably sagged to a different height already
My car is on Eibach Pro Kit springs and this is the front and rear wheel gap ... - it might be useful for someone considering purchasing them.
