Yeah it was a joke.

I did have a chuckle imagining it though. Unsuspecting owner rocks up with car and watches it driven off pier, into the ocean while being filmed and is then handed an $800 cheque and thanked.

A bit like that one on tele at the moment where the car goes off the end of an aircraft carrier.

That was a Toyota Yaris wasn't it ?? Best place for them is at the bottom of the ocean from what I've heard!!
