I think you need to work out exactly what you want to do sorry.
You posted you want more power, but you don't want to spend to much money, you also don't want to effect fuel consumption & you don't want to hurt the car too much!
Making power, mean's more fuel.
More fuel, mean's more money!
More power mean's it's harder on your car = more money
Speed cost's money. How fast do you want to go?
Leave it stock.
