It really depends on what has been serviced previously, if car is running fine then usually it's ok.
Oil and filter is a must but you might want to look at air filter, fuel filter depending on when they were changed. Timing belt might be due for change if never been change (90K/4 yr if it's the same as the A3). Plugs I think are 100k item.
Personally I reckon it's a good idea to renew air/fuel filter and plugs just to get the best out of your REVO tune
Like Gaven said, just keep an eye out for the wear and tear items. It'll be even better if you have access to a VAGCOM or diagnostic cable just for more detail.
Oh, also, might want to look at bleeding your brake fluid if it hasn't been done for 2 yrs or more, especially with the REVO flash
