    Hi Neroo
Looks like my old Bora. My Bora was a 2001 model with VW 17" sports wheels with Goodyear F1 GSd3 tyres. The engine was water damaged but everything else is like new. Good luck with the rebuild. I was devastated by the loss of my car. Only had it serviced the day before the flood damage!

I reckon top find my man, the engine damage with water is way better than a submarine mate, seen a few of them up here and its control unit city, and that really adds up, keep an eye out and an engine will turn up, then you will be in business. I recently had an issue looking for a Passat engine , it had to come from Spain, took over a month, but well worth it
    Great car

Glad to hear the electrics are all good - looks like a real find. Best of luck with getting the engine sorted and back on the road. They are a beautiful car.

Good find mate and good to have you here.

As has been said, drop in the R32 3.2 in there and you'll have a rocketship.

Apart from the small inconvenience of the fact that these R32 donks don't exactly grow on trees.

Hahaha my thoughts exactly when i realised the engine was stuffed lmao but then i realised that besided being uber rare its going to be super expencice and aswell is gonna need a engineeres certificate so .... doesent matter i think the 2.8 will be more then enough after a zaust set up cold air intake and a retune ..

Not hard to get it engineered. There's a running R32 long motor in the trading section for $4k at present...
