Fitting mk6 seats to a mk4 ??

Hey guys just a quick question

Im getting rid of my stock comfortline seats (front with rails) and back seats and was wondering if it fits a mk4 without any mods ?

Ive read through a few threads and searched multiple forums. the answer ive found is a general yes to mk4/5/6 swaps

does anyone have specific info ?

I'm not sure about the fronts, but the rear seats in MK5/6 mount differently to MK4's and will not fit.

I've been reading the same stuff Alex, and it seems the fronts do.

I wonder what it would cost to make a mk4 back seat fit in with new mk6 fronts vs the cost of a nice front seat refurb...
