Basically looking at bringing in a large amount of glass headlight lenses from over seas
These are not genuine items, but are an easy fit with the headlight housing out of the car.
Looking at $60AUD a pair excluding postage to AUS, then to each person.
Group buys are a pain to organise and huge time waste for the organiser imo.
So my idea was to gage a number or people interested, using that number get a price on shipping.
confirm people are still interested in that total price. then there would be the cost of shipping from my house to each persons house (or pick up if near by)
Then I will take it upon myself to pay and bring a large number in, to sell under my own steam.
This saves the hassle of me chasing the 2-3 people that never come through with money after the order has been placed. (happens a lot)
Once the order lands it would be first in best dressed.
There are some defective ones from the same plant for US $49.99 on ebay, but postage is a whopping US $74.60
So hopefully bringing in 15 or so sets we can bring that down and still be cheaper after postage from my house (plus mine wont be 2nds ha).
