The description they've got there is actually largely taken from their engine/gearbox/dogbone mounts descriptions - which isn't appropriate for this item. I[ve asked about that, and also if they do these in the street density rubber as well as the track (but I bet the street density ones probably perish a bit quickly still)
I've been in cars with solid (ie metal) adjustable strut tops rather than the rubber ones, and they're not unduly harsh - you have the tyres and then suspension absorbing most of the impacts anyway. These wouldn't be as bad as those, given that no matter how hard the rubber, it's still rubber.
For what it's worth, I have the street density gearbox/engine/dogbone mount, and they're not at all harsh.
