MK4 2002 golf 1.6L engine code AVU 167000km on clock

So my wife’s car is just not running right and also burning a bit more oil than it should be. I am getting some codes when I scanned it with vcds lite. I I clear them sometimes only the too rich/lean codes return and the voltage one.

6 Faults Found:
16556 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Rich
P0172 - 35-00 - -
16486 - Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70): Signal too Low
P0102 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16497 - Intake Air Temp. Sensor (G42): Signal too High
P0113 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16555 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Lean
P0171 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16726 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): Signal too Low
P0342 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

I then checked with VCDS and it appears to be counting random misfires on all cylinders as it runs. This might explain the rich running and the white smoke I sometimes see when accelerating hard from a stop.
The first thing I am going to do is change the fuel filter just encase it is an issue and it is due to be done but what about the other codes.

Could it be a vacuum leak. I am also concerned about the low voltage and the other issue I noticed is the fuse box on top of the battery getting a bit warm.

I have a new coil and leads and plugs to change the old ones with just waiting on the upper manifold gaskets so will do a full ignition service as I think the ones fitted are the original leads and coils and with the misfires it could be the coil and as the process involves removing the whole intake manifold I thought it best to replace the lot.

Advice please as at this point I am not sure.

Many thanks
