I've heard from a few people that cams would mean you lose a bit down low which wouldn't be as good on the streets or as a daily driver.. and if its too loud (like with straight pipes), most tracks up here will kick you off if it's over 90dB.

    great pics though

I guess they would have been even better if they did, with the race mode switch..!

if it were a weekend driver yeh then it would be justifable, however if it was an everdayer then you'd hate to drive it in stop start traffic.it would have no bottom end unless you use shorter duration cams it would be pointless,

The stock exhaust is a heavy pig of a thing, if I remember correctly the B&B replacement exhaust we installed was around 50KG lighter than the stock one. The Oz Superleggera wheels are 10KG a wheel lighter than the stock Aristos, Rear seats weigh an absolute packet as they have a metal plate in them to protect against rear impact, the front ones also weigh a ton, stereo and speakers have all been removed, airbags are disconnected but will be removed when we go to club rego and full weld in cage, the list goes on. Once we go to full weld in next is to remove the headliner and whats left of the carpet and dry ice out all the sound deading. Over all so far we have reduced the weight by over 100KG and that is with installing a full bolt in cage, I'm pretty sure we can lose at least another 50 with all the headlining carpet, airbags and sound insulation add to that a battery relocation and replacement with a light one. As mentioned reducing weight is the easiest and best way to pick up free horsepower.
