Cracked pipe??

Yo guys was just looking to change my coolant today and found this cracked pipe next to it..


No idea what it is for but just curious if I just tape up the crack and throw it back on or replace it?

Petrol tank breather to the charcoal canister.

You can replace that pipe pretty easily. You could repair it with some tape, but I reckon the fuel vapours will affect the tape adhesive before too long.

I fix them with some silicon tube. 5 or 6 mm. Get petrol fumes in the cabin at the lights normally, if there's a split.

As above any generic fuel line will do. I've replaced mine due to that pipe being i think $60-$120

Try heat shrink wrap over it...that usually works well..
